• Entry Fee: $280 per team
• Entry Fee Individual (individuals will be placed on teams): $45 per individual
• Age Groups: Adults
• Team Size: Up to 7 players per team
• Games: Guaranteed 4 games
• Location: Shooters Indoor Soccer Facility- 7841 S 2000 W, Benjamin, UT 84660
